Kay Bob’s features flat bread sandwiches with a Southern twist. All meats are grilled to order over an open flame as your flat bread bakes in the oven.
Just before serving, we line your extremely hot and fresh sandwich with lettuce, tomato, green onion and cheese (if you want it). You’ll also get a choice of one of our home-made sauces: Spicy Mango, Cucumber, House Barbecue, Sweet & Spicy Mustard and Horseradish.
Our ground beef is locally raised. Our chicken is all natural. Both are anti-biotic and hormone-free. Sides include house-cut fries, sweet potato chips, signature and sesame slaws, potato salad and black bean & corn salad. We also offer delicious vegetarian sandwich options as well as salads.
When the Kay Bob's crew began working on recipes, we wanted a signature sandwich featuring locally raised ground beef. It took several weeks to develop the unique method of seasoning our meat and another couple of weeks to perfect the grilling method (yes, there's a trick to it).
